PEFAM Construction Company Limited was established in 2007 as a Private Building Construction Company in Eldoret. In view of its operations at the time, the company began taking up residential building projects and with time expanded its portfolio to undertake Commercial as well as other types of specialized projects. This prompted the registration of the company as a Limited Liability Construction Company on 1st Oct 2021 under the companies Act 2015. The Company is fully certified and accredited by the relevant bodies to undertake construction of building projects. The company is duly registered as a Building works, Road works as well as water works Contractors by the National Construction Authority(N.C.A.)

As The chairman of PEFAM Construction Company Limited, Hon. Sudi is the head of the
board of directors and is responsible for overseeing the overall direction and strategy of
the company.
He has incredible experience in various sectors of our Kenyan Economy as well as valuable networks that enhances the company’s influence in securing meaningful projects for growth
The Chairman is responsible for leading the Board and focusing it on strategic matters,
overseeing the Group's business and setting high governance standards. He plays a pivotal
role in fostering the effectiveness of the Board and individual Directors, both inside and
outside the board room.

OMONDI MOLA

MR ALFRED MOLA – Managing Director & Team Leader:

The Managing Director & Team Leaders offers oversight and Guidance to the entire team in
line with the Company’s vision. As the overseer and Manager, Mr. Alfred Mola is
instrumental in providing oversight for all projects, guiding the team to work in a
harmonious and motivating environment.
He also ensures:
• Projects are sourced for and secured
• Resource mobilization for all projects
• Client needs are met.

DANIEL ODHIAMBO

ENGINEER DANIEL ODHIAMBO - Chief Engineer:
A Civil & Structural Engineer, Eng. Daniel A. Odhiambo has over 17 Years experience in
Designing Structural and Civil Works Layouts for all Projects at PEFAM. With his guidance
and monitoring procedures, projects are undertaken from foundation to roofing with
expertise and high standards of workmanship. As a Civil Engineer, he is also responsible for
foundations and general structures. He inspects all civil & structural works and advice the
entire team on these aspects accordingly.

CHIEF ARCHITECT

DENNIS ONYANGO

ARCHITECT DENNIS ONYANGO - Chief Architect:
The Chief Architect who has over 15 years of experience researches, programs, plans, designs, and
administers building projects for all PEFAM clients, applying knowledge of architectural design,
construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and
systems. His responsibilities also include:
• Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.
• Prepare structure specifications.
• Direct workers who prepare drawings and documents.
• Prepare scaled construction drawings
• Review Designs & Drawings provided by clients
• Coordinate the technical team to ensure the construction works are achieved as designed

CHIEF PROJECT MANAGER

DUNCAN OTTOMA

MR DUNCAN OTTOMA – Chief Project Manager:
The Key roles of Mr. Duncan Ottoma as the project Manager are:
• Project Planning Scheduling
• Assigning and monitoring work.
• Setting budgets and scopes.
• Strategizing workflows.
• Choosing which tools and resources to use.
• Defining KPIs for evaluating progress and success.

With his vast experience in logistics and planning, Mr. Abraham Cheruiyot has the following
responsibilities:
• Guiding PEFAM to Focus on achieving strategic business objectives through projects, programs
and portfolios
• Ensuring key projects and programs support the right business goals
• Balance project risks with rewards
• Link projects with the business strategy
• Drive efficiencies and linkages between projects
• Manage resource requirements across the portfolio of projects
• Make sure each project has an effective leader/project manager
• Implement or oversee appropriate project management methodology
• Oversee and control all changes to project scope

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

DANIELA CHELANGAT MOTIAN

M/S DANIELA CHELAGAT MOTIAN -
She is the Chief Administrator, Human Resource Manager as well as Interior Architect for
PEFAM. She provides valuable liaison, leads all HR & routine administrative matters. She also
oversees the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on
strategic planning; and serve as a link between the PEFAM’s management and its employees
As the company’s Chief administrator, she also
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to
streamline processes.
• Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
• Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum
efficiency.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

ISMAEL CHUCHU

QS. ISMAEL CHUCHU – Quantity Surveyor
As PEFAM’s Quantity Surveyor, Ismael has been working closely
• Liaising with clients to identify their needs
• Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
• Assigning work to subcontractors
• Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments
• Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
• Ensuring that clients get value for their money
• Advising on the maintenance costs of specific buildings
• Submitting regular budget reports
• Following building regulations and health and safety
• Working at a client’s business, in an office or on a construction site.

SITE ENGINEER

COSMAS MBAYA

ENG. COSMAS MBAYA - Site Engineer:
The Quantity Surveyor has significant influence on the selection of building products. Early in the
construction project he will give advice on costs and helping establish total spend throughout
until project completion.

ARCHITECT

As the Architect- in charge of studio at PEFAM, Arch. Natasha Oduor spends much of their time
coordinating design and review activities under the guidance of Arch. Dennis Onyango. She works
with the design team to develop plans, meet with clients, and consult with engineers and the
other office technical team. She also visits construction sites to prepare initial drawings and
review the progress of projects to ensure that clients’ objectives are met.

NATASHA ODUOR

ENGINEER

The job responsibilities include performing structural analysis and design, prepare design
drawings and specifications under the supervision of professional engineers.
He also works with the Chief Engineer in managing, designing, developing, creating and
maintaining construction projects. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data.

ALVIN OTIENO

ASSISTANT ARCHITECT

As an Assistant architect, Arch. Humprey Miano works the rest of the PEFAM professionals in the
field of construction, facility management and other related fields. He helps to create a layout,
drawings necessary in the project architectural processes and design redevelopments as well as
new construction and alteration projects.

HUMPHREY MIANO

ASSISTANT ARCHITECT

Arch. James Bruno works with the other architects and engineers in developing layouts,
construction drawings, writing progress minutes, updating works schedules as well as attending
site meetings. He also works very closely with the site engineer to monitor the project
performance

JAMES BRUNO

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR

As the front office administrator, Miss Christine works in the front office of PEFAM’s Nairobi Office
and is responsible for greeting customers, checking in customers for appointments, answering
questions, and scheduling appointments. She also handles paperwork, correspondence, and other
office duties. She works with the technical team to update the project schedules

CHRISTINE KARITU

ACCOUNT/FINANCE OFFICER

He handles Inventory cost management, record keeping, Budgeting, Preparing financial
statements, and Legal compliance & finance controls.
